We ensure every product is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. Please note that we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.

In case of any damage or issue, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition without any cuts or pauses.

Complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be considered. We request customers to record the video at the time of delivery/opening for any claims.
